- Go in-depth on Starting Strength principles and methods for approaching strength training with barbells.
- Discuss how membership works, different options, and how we are different than anything else you'll find.
- Demonstrate how we teach the deadlift (optional).
If you'd like to participate in the deadlift demonstration, it's best to wear athletic clothing.
If you are looking for a full lifting session with a coach or other coaching options such as online coaching, please contact the gym at austin@ssgyms.com for other training options.
