Thank you for your interest in learning about Starting Strength Austin - Sunset Valley. During this session we will:

- Go in-depth on Starting Strength principles and methods for approaching strength training with barbells.

- Discuss how membership works, different options, and how we are different than anything else you'll find.

- Demonstrate how we teach the deadlift (optional).

If you'd like to participate in the deadlift demonstration, it's best to wear athletic clothing.
